All rates shown are subject to Minnesota Sales Tax and are in American Funds.

Oak Haven Resort's eleven cabins are fully equipped with silverware, dinnerware and cookware. Beds are made up with fresh sheets, blankets and pillows with pillow cases.  You need to bring your own bath towels, hand towels and washcloths.  You should also consider bringing foil, cling wrap and charcoal.

CABIN AVAILABILITY FOR 2010:
Available shown below as of July 29, 2010.  Subject to change as calls come in. We have eleven total cabins, numbered one through eleven.  Cabin # 11 is our big modern REUNION CABIN.  Cabin # 11 has 5 bedrooms (open year round).  Cabin # 10 has 4 bedrooms.  Cabins #3, #8 and #9 each have 3 bedrooms.

Price Changes for 2011:

The price for Cabin # 11 during the summer of 2011 will be going up from $2290 to $2380. ($90 increase)  However, the Number of People that amount covers is going up from 10 to 14!  So the amount per person is dropping considerably. (4 extra persons at $125 each would have been $500).  Same thing with Cabin # 10.  Price is going up from $1350 to $1440, but that now includes 8 people instead of 6.  Cabin's # 8 and # 9 will be going up from $1190 to $1260, but that's for 6 people instead of 5.  CALL NOW TO SEE ABOUT YOUR 2011 RESERVATION!

Cabin Checkin time on Saturday's is 4:00 PM.  The lodge is closed every Saturday until 4:00 PM so we can clean cabins, mow the grass, clean boats, do trash and recycling and much more.  If you are renting a Cabin...Please don't arrive before 4:00 PM on Saturday's.

June 5 to August 14, 2010.. we rent cabins from Saturday at 4PM until Saturday at 9AM only. We may allow some other dates to be booked.  Please give us a call and let's work out a deal. Thank You. 

On October 2nd, we close Cabins #1 through # 10 for the Winter.  Beautiful Cabin # 11 remains available to rent year round.  Many winter activities in the Bemidji area to enjoy!

All of our Cabins are available to rent from Saturday, May 15 until Saturday, October 2, 2010. (20 weeks)  From June 5 to August 14 we rent cabins on a weekly, Saturday to Saturday basis. (10 weeks) 

Cabin # 11 is available to rent year round.  Call for rates for groups of 3 to 19 people.  Discounts and deals are made for bookings between October 1st and April 30th.  Any size group...from 2 people to 19 people.......3-night minimum stay.  Cabin # 11 hosts guests for local Curling events, local Archery events, Ice Fishing, Cross Country Skiing and more.  Don't stay at a Motel when you can stay in luxurious, private comfort at Oak Haven's Reunion cabin.....Beautiful Cabin # 11...built in 2004.  We're just ten miles East of Bemidji and 6 miles NW of Cass Lake township.

MAJOR IMPROVEMENTS FOR 2010.  We have added Soft Water to all cabins and the outdoor shower/laundry facility. Lodge Building has been roofed, insulated and Logged.  Huge new deck outside the lodge. Many new windows around the Indoor Pool, a new green pitched steel roof over the indoor pool...and our Outdoor Pool is getting a whole new look...Paver Blocks, a Green Chain Link Fence and more. See Home Page for more details.

PLEASE...don't arrive before 4:00 PM as we are busy with chores. (Especially June, July and August)  WE MAY MAKE SOME EXCEPTIONS, BUT ONLY IN MAY AND IN THE FALL. 

DUE TO BEETLE MIGRATION CONTROL, NO FIREWOOD MAY BE BROUGHT INTO THIS RESORT.
FIREWOOD WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE ON SITE.  ORDER FIREWOOD AT THE LODGE BY 6:00 PM FOR SAME DAY DELIVERY.

DAILY RATE AND MINIMUM STAY

• Daily rate is 1/5 of the weekly rate.
• Memorial Day thru Labor Day we rent Cabins from Saturday at 4PM to Saturday at 9AM, 7 night minimum. 3 night minimum all other times.
• Some exceptions may be made.

DEPOSITS

*  We require a deposit of 50% of your projected invoice total.

ALL deposits to be paid within 2 weeks of making your reservation, by Cash, Check, Master Card or Visa. Refund with 90 day advance notice of cancellation only if your cabin is re-rented, less a $50 service charge per deposit.  Less than a 90 day notice on cancellations - no refunds.

Our Honesty Policy:  The best way to reserve a cabin is with Visa or Master Card.  However, if you call us and ask us to hold a cabin or campsite that is a month or less away from the day you call....and you tell us "I will mail a check" and no check is received and no cancellation email or call is received, we will invoice the full amount.  Making a reservation is a serious matter.

PAYMENT OF BALANCE

Customer is responsible for entire term of reservation upon arrival.
We will accept Cash, Check, Master Card or Visa.
No refunds on early departures.

GUESTS

Additional over-night guests are $125.00 per week or $30.00 per night, per person. (Got a big group?  Call for discount.)
Any guests not staying the night (Day Guests) must pay $15.00 per person, which is good until 10PM.
ALL GUESTS MUST REGISTER AT THE LODGE IN WRITING UPON ARRIVAL.  (Required by State of Minnesota)

PETS

No Pets Please.  Thank You. 

 

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

After submitting full payment at checkin, you may be allowed to charge some items to your cabin during your stay, such as bait, boat gas and ice cream.  We ask that you settle your final bill by 6:00 PM the night before your departure.

Customers are responsible for damage. We ask that you leave cabin, boat & grounds in a state of cleanliness.  Parents are responsible for children's litter. 

At Oak Haven we ask our guests not to use profanity. Thank You.

Oak Haven Resort is a "No Littering" Resort.  Smokers are not exempt from this policy.  Thank You for helping us keep the grounds free of litter.

Enjoy a late night campfire, while at the same time, allow those to sleep who plan to go fishing early in the morning.   Quiet Time here is from 9PM to 9AM.  If you'd rather hear the Call of the Loon....rather than bad behavior....you might want to give Oak Haven a try!  See why we have so many returning guests.

Fire Rings are for burning wood only.  There is a charge if we need to clean your non-wood debris from fire pit.  It is unlawful to burn plastic.

This is our year round home.

Pontoon Boat Rental

• $150 per 8 hour day (Docked by 7:00 PM)
• $500 for 4 days (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday...docked by 7:00 PM Friday)
• $625 for 5 1/2 days  (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday...Wednesday after 1 PM....Thursday and Friday...docked by 7:00 PM Friday)

Please Note: Pontoon NOT available UNTIL after 1:00 pm on Wednesday's (Memorial Day to Labor Day) due to "Kids Only" pontoon fishing trip.  Pontoon MUST be back at our dock BEFORE sunset.  We charge for fuel used.  Rental includes life jackets and a fish landing net.  All pontoon renters are asked to be finished with the pontoon, have it swept (if necessary) and have it docked at Oak Haven by 7:00 PM the final evening you rent it. (If renting by the week)

BRINGING YOUR OWN BOAT ?

*  WEEKLY CABIN GUESTS may launch and dock their own boat with no extra charges. 

*  Campers staying less than seven days shall pay a $10 launch fee and $6 per boat per day to dock or trailer their boat at Oak Haven Resort.  Seasonal Campers can launch and dock one boat at no charge during the 5 month summer season.

PADDLE BOATS & CANOES

These are available to use at no charge.  They are for recreational use only.  Customers are asked to launch them, keep them free of water, litter, etc...then properly beach them (turned over in case of rain) when finished with each use.  NO FISHING ALLOWED (they are not licensed for that use).  Please limit your time to 2 hours per use so everyone can enjoy them. 

**  The Minnesota DNR REQUIRES THAT EVERY PERSON USING OUR CANOES OR PADDLEBOATS WEAR A LIFE JACKET. No exceptions. Oak Haven Resort has Life Jackets you can use...just ask at the Lodge. 

 

Your rental includes the use of all facilities including showers, laundry, outdoor & indoor pool, canoes, paddle boats, bait house, fish cleaning facilities, games and game courts and more...subject to all house rules. Boat Launch and Docking is extra.

It is the responsibility of  the person renting the site to ensure that all rules are followed by everyone in their site.  Oak Haven Resort is a No Fireworks resort. All Guests and their visitors must Register at the lodge upon arrival. Proper Written Registration by everyone is required by the State of Minnesota.

All Rates Based on 2 Persons & 1 Unit per Site and are PER DAY Rates.....

• Water, Electric & Sewer (Sites 1-8) - $44.00 per day  -  $195 per week -  $550 per month  -  $2000 for Seasonal May 1 to Oct. 1....and $2200 for year round.
• Water & Electric (Site 9) - $39.00 per day  ($175 per week - $475 per month)
• Primitive Site (Site 10-12) - $35.00 per day
• Air Conditioner (whether used or not) - $3.00 per unit  (Included with Seasonal Rate)
• Boat Launch - $10.00  (Boat Launch Free with Weekly Cabin Rental and/or Seasonal RV)
• Docking/Parking - $6.00 per boat per day  (Free with Seasonal RV)
• Extra Unit on Site - $8.00 per unit
• Extra Persons - $10.00 per person (for those who spend the night-less for Seasonal RV'ers Guests)  Family Discounts available...please call.
• Day Guests - $6.00 per person (for those who depart by 10 PM - less for Seasonal RV'ers Guests)
• All guests must register at the lodge IN WRITING.  (Guests and their Visitors too!) 
• Accurate number of guests is required at checkin.
  All rates are subject to Minnesota Sales Tax and are in American Funds.
  Check In: 4:00 PM - Check Out: 12:00 NOON
  No Early arrivals or late check outs allowed without prior approval.
  This is due to time required to properly maintain the grounds.

• We require a 3-night minimum stay all other times. 
• Some exceptions may be made.

DEPOSITS

Campground - RV Sites and Tent Sites - 50% of Invoice Required at time of reservation. 

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Your invoice is due in full when you arrive.  All persons in your group must register at the lodge upon arrival.  (This is State Required.)

Camper and Tenter nightly rates are based on two persons.  The extra persons charge is $10 per person, per day.  For $10, that person sleeps here, uses our shower facility and other utilities, uses our heated swimming pools, paddle boats and canoes and more.

Pets are not allowed anywhere on our property. Guests are responsible for assuring that their visitors do not bring pets onto the Oak Haven Resort property. We love pets, but to assure our guests a clean and quiet resort...this policy is necessary.  Please try to find a friend to look after your pet(s) so you can visit Oak Haven Resort. Thank You.
